ON CAMPUS

Ice Cream Social

Aug. 23 @ 11 am – 1 pm, Boise State Quad

Student Involvement is hosting an ice cream social in the Quad to celebrate the first day of classes. 

Transfer Students & Friends BBQ

Aug. 24 @ 5 pm – 7 pm, Lincoln Townhomes Patio

Transfer students can enjoy free BBQ, make new friends and play some games.

Frat & Sorority Fair

Aug. 25 @ 5 pm – 7 pm, Student Union Patio

Stop by the Student Union patio for some food and games to learn more about Boise State Greek Life organizations. 

De-Stress Fest Aug 25-28 

Aug. 25 @ 10 am – 2 pm

BroncoFit will be tabling in the Quad for Wellness Wednesday. Stop by to learn about health and wellness. 

Aug. 26 @ 11 am – 2 pm

Helping Idaho Dogs will be with BroncoFit in the Quad for some relaxation and furry friends.

Aug. 27 @ 11 am – 2 pm

Feel Good Friday with BroncoFit will include self-care information along with some self-care goodies to take home.

Aug. 28 @ 10 am – 11 am

Mindful Meditation will take place at the Student Union Intramural Field and will focus on grounding and centering through breathwork and meditation. 

Welcome Week Job Fair

Aug. 26 @ 10 am – 2 pm, Student Union Intramural Field

Students looking for an on-campus part-time job can go to the Student Union Intramural Field to learn more about job opportunities. 

Service Saturday River Clean Up

Aug. 28 @ 9 am – 1 pm, Student Union Dining Area

The first Service Saturday will kick off at the Student Union Dining Area to spend some time cleaning up the river.

Movie on The Blue

Sept. 1 @ 9 pm – 11 pm, Albertsons Stadium

Bring a blanket and a friend down to the blue to enjoy a showing of F9: The Fast Saga. Students can come for free with their BSU ID, and admission is $10 for non-students.

Broncos of Color Mix & mingle

Sept. 2 @ 5:30 pm, Student Equity Center

Students of Color can enjoy a fun night with music, food and coffee with the Student Equity Center. 

OFF CAMPUS

Western Idaho Fair

Aug. 20-24, Garden City Fairgrounds

Local vendors, fair food, animal pens, carnival rides and games for all ages.

Morrison Center Neighborhood Concert Series

Aug. 25 @ 6:00 p.m., Veterans Memorial Park

This concert will feature Boise-native Hillfolk Noir and Mckenna Esteb. Food, beer, and wine will be sold for a “dinner-and-a-show” type event.

Music on the Mountain

Sept. 4 @ 2 pm – 6pm, Bogus Basin

Head up the mountain to watch local bands play all for free!  Boise Rock School, Voice of Reason, and the Afrosonics will be playing on September 4th.

Goathead Festival 

Aug. 28, Cecil D. Andrus Park

Bring your bikes and roller skates to help the Boise Bicycle Project and other local communities to get rid of invasive goatheads.
