Boise State’s swimming and diving team brought their A game to the water against New Mexico State University on January 30. Broncos defeated the Aggies, 198.5-95.5, during the second annual Big Splash competition.

Boise State Broncos athletic events for Jan. 21 - 27

The Boise State swimming and diving team continued to flex its muscles among the WAC’s top programs as they downed the Northern Arizona Lumberjacks 185.5 to 114.5 at the West YMCA Nov. 13. The Broncos pushed past the Lumberjacks by winning 10 out of 16 events to improve their record to 11-3 overall, including 5-1 against WAC teams.

The Boise State swimming and diving team continued to roll last weekend at two separate meets in Utah, cruising to a 4-2 overall record.

Youth is what carries much of this season. Head swim and dive coach Kristin Hill sees some of her incoming freshmen and established, improving swimmers as a cornerstone for yet another leap in talent.
