When preacher Shawn Holes visited the Boise State campus, he conveyed a pretty straightforward message: if you don’t obey God, you will burn in the fiery inferno of hell for all eternity. Standing on a stool in the middle of campus shouting about burning in hell is not the best way to convince people to listen. This type of abrasive and insulting speech only contributes to the barrier that makes fluid communication between ideals difficult.
