The Arbiter is the official student newspaper for Boise State University. We are a student newspaper, run for students, by students. All content decisions (editorial and advertising) rest with the student editors and are not controlled or influenced by Boise State University officials, administrators, professors or staff. The Arbiter is a designated public forum. We encourage your input and feedback and are always looking for enthusiastic and passionate students who want to contribute to our publication.
Get Involved
The Arbiter and Boise State Student Media provide a wide range of opportunities for students from all degree fields to get involved. We offer internships, paid jobs or just volunteer opportunities where students can learn and apply what classroom theories in real world applications. Submit a letter to the editor
Please keep your letters between 300-500 words. Anything submitted may be used for print or online versions, however we reserve the right to refrain from publishing anything. The Arbiter will not publish letters that are abusive, profane, libelous or slanderous. Anonymous letters will not be published. To submit a letter to the editor, please fill out the form below.
