This greek yogurt cheesecake is really easy to make. All you need to do is mix 2 cups of plain fat free greek yogurt, ½ cup of sugar, 4 egg whites, 2 teaspoons of vanilla extract, and 1 tablespoon of cornstarch until smooth. Bake at 350° for 35 minutes, and then cool for 2-3 hours in the fridge. It may seem weird, but trust me, it’s delicious!
No Bake Cookies with Organic Peanut Butter

Although this sweet treat is a little bit naughtier than the others, it’s worth it! In a saucepan bring 2 cups of sugar, 1 cup of butter, ½ cup of milk and 4 tablespoons of cocoa to a boil. Let boil for a minute, then add 1 cup of organic peanut butter, 1 tablespoon of vanilla and 3 cups of oatmeal. Stir together and then scoop onto waxed paper. Let cool in the fridge until hardened.
