It’s the beginning of December, and the time of year where many people are ready to indulge in all things snow-related, be it skiing, snowboarding or making the perfect snow angel. With the lack of snow thus far this season, Arbiter staffer Ryan Hoffman went out to see what students had to say about the absence of white flakes falling from the sky.
