Monday, Nov. 1 – Boise State head coach Chris Petersen confirmed The Arbiter’s previous report that senior tight end Tommy Gallarda is out for the remainder of the regular season.

“He’s had surgery on his foot. They put a screw in there (foot) and we’ll get him back for a bowl game is what the plan is,” Petersen said.

Petersen said the doctors are predicting Gallarda could possibly be healthy enough to return for a bowl game.Saturday, Oct. 30 – Several sources close to the Boise State football team have confirmed Broncos senior tight end Tommy Gallarda is out indefinitely with a broken foot.

BSU football players, BSU Athletics Department personnel and students at the university all have confirmed the information to be true.

There’s no indication when or if Gallarda will be back for any remaining games this season as the severity of the injury is undetermined.

Gallarda has been a huge part of BSU’s offense the past several years. His blocking and receiving abilities have allowed him to become a standout at his position.
