Boise State faces a lawsuit that was filed December 18, 2008. The basis for the suit is that BSU is accused of acting unconstitutionally towards religious student organizations. The premise of this suit states that Boise State requires all students to pay a mandatory student activities fee to bolster student organizations.

I probably shouldn't tell you this. After all, you have very little control on the decisions made for you. In two weeks, the university will begin discussing the fees you pay. The hearing is open - the deliberations are not. No matter, the administration doesn't expect you to come.
