Often times when tragedy strikes, nerves go awry and communicative capabilities seem to subconsciously be pushed to the wayside, irreparable, forever diminishing. Amidst dealing with life-altering circumstances, the distortion of internal confrontation and worldly happenings make it nearly impossible to hear yourself think, let only even imagine listening to someone else's outbursts. But whether we know it or not, there is always a listening ear.

Fall 2009 Boise State will be a smoke-free campus.
According to Ferd Schlapper, executive director of Health, Wellness and Counseling Services, 85 to 90 percent of students, faculty and staff said they would support a smoke-free campus.

Boise State kicks off online auction for athletic and academic scholarships
The Bronco Athletic Association and Boise State Alumni Association will hold an online fundraising auction that runs until 8 p.m., Nov. 2 at boisestateauction.com.
