Waterboarding ‘A-OK’
Gabe Murphy’s article “Waterboarding ‘A-OK’” had to be the most embarrassing example of college journalism I’ve seen to date. It was written as poorly as it was researched. Four retired generals wrote a letter stating that “such conduct is inhumane and illegal and would constitute a violation of international law, to include Common Article 3 of the 1949 Geneva Conventions.” The full letter is at: http://leahy.senate.gov/press/200711/110207RetGeneralsOnMukasey.pdf I suggest you do a better job of publishing opinions in future.
