Everywhere you look these days, it seems Apple is there, from the imensely popular iPod Nano to the simpler, more portable iPod Shuffle.

The company still makes its famous iMacs, iBooks and a cornucopia of accessories for its distinguished products.

Apple is now positioned to launch its new iPhone, along with a whole new image.

Say goodbye to both Apple Computers and your Chocolate phone.

Welcome to the new Apple, Inc., a company whose breadth reached well beyond the PC market and ended up setting the standard for portable MP3 players.

Just imagine if your video iPod, Chocolate phone, Blackberry a GPS navigator and a WiFi broadband connection all mashed together into one amazing product?

That is the face of the new Apple, and the iPhone is their
flagship product.

With streaming web, full e-mail and text messaging capability, access to stock tickers, sports scores and games on the video iPod side, weather, maps and  GPS navigation, this is going to be the ultimate portable digital device.

It’s also a phone with state-of-the-art voice-activation software, with the ablility to  to consolidate all of your phone and internet contacts into one manageable folder.

The phone will also sport a 2-megapixel camera and Mac OS X will power this amazing bundle.

You will have all of the power of every telecommunications device in one small enough to fit in one pocket.

The new iPhone will be around $500, a good price for such an inclusive device – the 80GB video iPod alone costs that much.

This isn’t going to be a boom for Apple alone; Google is signed up for their popular Maps program to bundled into the iPhone, along with Yahoo’s popular e-mail service and Cingular is contracted to provide iPhone’s actual phone service.

It will be interesting to see how much services provided on the iPhone will cost, but either way, Apple is once again revolutionizing the portable digital device market.

Hats off to Apple, Inc., and their innovative new phone.
