"Jackass 2″ can make anyone laugh. The movie is chock-full of ridiculous humor with a little taste of everything slapstick. Some disgusting parts in the movie, however, force the viewer to look away in repugnance.
The movie opens with the “Jackass” crew running from bulls down a street in suburban America. This mini-skit plays on the tradition of the Running of the Bulls in Spain, but is one of the few scenes in the movie that actually has some intellectual humor.
Most of the movie consists of solely-slapstick scenes and mini-skits.
Although the movie was quite dry and devoid of intellectual thought, it brings a smile and a laugh to the viewers’ faces.
Some of the stunts the “Jackass” crew performed in the movie were so ridiculous that one can’t help but laugh.
Steve-O and Johnny Knoxville were the best of the film, but Bam Margera also gave a stunning performance. Most of Steve-O’s stunts consisted of something gruesome. Although Steve-O’s stunts grossed out the viewer, they were actually quite hilarious. Johnny Knoxville led the “Jackass” crew and completed many difficult stunts that the other group members wouldn’t do. He is the craziest member of the “Jackass” crew because he lacked any regard for personal safety. Bam’s role in the film produced much more laughter because he persuaded many members of the crew to partake in some of the stunts. The rest of the crew used Bam’s fear of snakes against him at one point in during the movie. These three daredevils participated in more stunts than anyone else.
Wee Man deserves credit as well because he participated in some of the craziest stunts. For example, he bungee jumps off of a bridge into the water.
Along with the terribly funny parts of the movie come the horrifyingly disgusting parts.
At some points in the movie, gagging was the only option for many spectators. Despite the intensely-disqusting parts, the laughter rolls on with every stunt.
The movie is packed with scenes involving animals, such as horses and bulls. Snakes were involved throughout most of the film as well.
The only aspect this movie is missing is a storyline.
If “Jackass 2″ had a storyline, the film would leave the viewer with a much more satisfying experience.
The entire movie jumps around from one small skit to another.
Overall, “Jackass 2″ generates lots of laughs for the viewer. It is full of humor, generating laugh after laugh for its viewers.
“Jackass 2″ is a must-see movie because it forces viewers to the edges of their seats with laughter.
